Bleed My Colors 3 Mile
fundraiser for
FPC & Matanzas High School XC teams


We Support our Future Runners. Please join us on this campaign.  

This is NOT a 5K! This is a 3 Mile Run/Walk, so come on out and run a new PR for a new race distance.

The goal of the event is to raise $2000 that will be split between the two High School running programs as well as give out one $500 running scholarship, totaling over $2500 back to our future runners.

Now, here is where we are going to have some fun with this event!  We want you to rock your colors (school) at this event.  To get the rivalry started, we will be giving out two different race shirts that correlate with the school you are going to represent.  Hence the name "Bleed My Colors".  FPC racers will get a green shirt with their school name, colors and logo; while MHS racers will get a blue shirt with school colors and logo.  It will be neat to see the battle of blue and green waves out on the course.

The proceeds will be given out at a 60/40 ratio, therefore, at the end of the day both schools come out as winners.  But the school gets the most racers to represent them will go home with some extra dough in their pocket and the bragging rights to the Title of Bleed My Colors 3 Mile until next year!  Being that this is a fundraiser for the High School running programs, we want the students/community to take pride in the event, and the only way we know how to do that here at Red Pointer is to get your hands dirty and help out.  So we suggest that everyone hustle and get out into the community and start rallying your troops to represent your COLOR (school) at the event.  

The big question is "Which team are you going to join? The Green or The Blue?"

All in all, we are going to have a great event and thank everyone in advance for helping support our future runners.

All advance registration entry fees include shirt (except No-shirt Raters), goody bag, refreshments at award ceremony.

Please Note - Shirts and race bags are not guaranteed to late registrants.  So please register early to make sure you get your size.

Packet Pickup

Pre-Packet pick up will be available April 5th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the TBA.

Packet pick up will be available morning of the event at Jungle Hut

Race Timing/ Scoring

The race will be professionally timed and scored by Red Pointer Productions.  Disposable , electronic chips will be attached to the bib number.  In order to get the best read possible you need to wear your bib number unaltered on the front of your shirt pinned at all four corners. Do not have any clothing covering your bib number.

Results will be posted onsite of the race and also online concluding the event at
