Mile Flutter Foam Run. Yes, you can enjoy fitness, with this one mile
walk/run. Zip through the suds for some foamy, fresh, fun!
The City of Palm Coast has partnered with Indian Trails Middle School Learn Serve Leukemia Support Group. Race proceeds will benefit a child cancer patient near you by providing an eco-friendly toy to enhance their hospital room environment. Registration includes a T-shirt for preregistration and the foamy, fresh, pit entrance.
Costumes are welcomed and encouraged be prepared to get foamy, fresh!

Pre-Registration
Packet Pickup
In-person registration will be held at the Palm Coast Community Center or City Offices (160 Cypress Point Parkway).
Mail In registration closes April 19th
Online registration closes May 2nd @ 5:00 PM
May 3rd, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Packet pick up will be available at the Palm Coast Community Center (305 Palm Coast Parkway, NE)
Packets will also be available for pick up morning of the race.
Race Timing/ Scoring
The race will be professionally timed and scored by Red Pointer Productions. Disposable , electronic chips will be attached to the bib number. In order to get the best read possible you need to wear your bib number unaltered on the front of your shirt pinned at all four corners. Do not have any clothing covering your bib number.
